HIT & PLAY WITH JONAS
This training is a combination of yoga, meditation and kickboxing. Connecting to our inner energy through movement and breath, finding ways to challenge the warrior within. We do this by learning the basic techniques of kickboxing and you will experience how yoga can benefit the practice of martial arts. Overall a good workout in a playful and fun way. Ending the session with a short meditation to ground yourself again and to flow your way in to your weekend.
A little bit about Jonas Nathan...
The lifestyle of Jonas is about finding balance. He is the founder of Yinergy, an organization that provides various programs in kickboxing, bootcamp, yoga and meditation to companies. He founded Yinergy from the experience out of his own practice, that it is an asset in your daily life to find the right balance between the yin (female and passive side) and yang (male and active side). Jonas believes in a more conscious way of training, where body, mind and breath become one.
